A Gang Member Who Traded Drugs for Cryptocurrency, Sentenced to 11 Years in Prison
Perm district court sentenced one of the participants of the group that sells drugs for cryptocurrency to 11 years in prison. This was reported by the press service of The Prosecutor’s Office of the Perm Krai, Russia.
In 2016, the organizer of the group created an online drug store. He acquired the prohibited goods in large batches in Moscow, and four accomplices carried out the orders of drug users and hid substances in the hiding places in the Perm Region.
In 2017, law enforcement officers stopped the activity of drug dealers. During the year of activity, the group received an income of around $50,000.
Earlier, the court sentenced other members of the gang to imprisonment from 8 to 13 years. The organizer of the scheme still could not be found.

BTCC Bitcoin Exchange Will Open a Division in South Korea
On October 31, the oldest cryptocurrency exchange BTCChina (BTCC) will launch a beta version of the trading platform in South Korea, and It will make its official debut in November.
BTCC Korea will be headed by Lee Jae-beom, who is convinced that the popularity of local exchanges is declining, and global ones are just the opposite.
